Shipping 

Cigar City Accessories ships through the United States Postal Service using first class. You may choose to upgrade your shipping to priority or express when checking out. Please note, purchasing priority or express shipping only refers to shipping times and not the processing time of your order. Processing times are typically 5-7 business days. Shipping times from third party carriers are only estimated and Cigar City Accessories is not responsible of any delivery delays.

All shipping costs are non refundable in all cases of delays, exchanges, replacements, returns. lost or damages.

All orders come with a tracking number once shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure you purchase insurance for your order.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number to them. You will need to work with the third party carrier to resolve. 

Cigar City Accessories is not liable for any damages of shipped items. If your order was damaged in transport, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping

International shipping is automatically calculated at check out. Depending on your country of origin, a shipping fee will be added to your invoice. All shipping costs are non refundable in all cases of delays, exchanges, replacements, returns. lost or damages.

It is recommend that all international customers purchase insurance. Cigar City Accessories is not responsible for any custom seizures or non deliveries to any country outside of the United States. Absolutely no refunds or replacements on any orders unless package is insured. Buyer assumes all responsibility once package has left the United States. 

International Customs tax may be imposed by some international countries. Cigar City Accessories is not responsible for any Customs or Duty charges imposed by any international country, customs agents or government sectors. This charge is not collected by Cigar City Accessories -  these charges are collected by the countries import tax laws.
